We are delighted to have been appointed to the Mayor of London’s Architecture + Urbanism (A+U) Framework as specialist designers of transport infrastructure. The Mayor has awarded the new framework to diverse built environment consultants to support his mission to create a better, greener and more sustainable London for everyone.
The appointment builds on our award-winning work in public transport at Preston Bus Station. As a practice we believe that transport buildings are part of people’s everyday lives – where we meet, eat and drink, begin and end our day. More than simply functional spaces, we see bus, coach, and railway stations as vital community hubs – generous, welcoming and thoroughly integrated with their surrounding townscape.
